These products are handcrafted from raw natural materials.
The materials have a natural finish and do not have an anti-stain treatment or protection.

Keep the materials dry and protected from direct sunlight and heat sources.
Keep away from moisture.
Not for use in wet rooms.

Pieces should be kept within temperatures of 10°- 25°C and within a Relative Humidity of 40 - 65%

Wipe away any liquids that spill immediately. 
Wipe clean with a soft cotton cloth.
Do not use any cleaning agent to the surface.

Returns

If the goods received are not as expected or not suitable you may return them subject to our Returns Policy.

The items must be returned in the factory carton packed exactly as it was shipped otherwise returns will not be accepted.

Made to order and customized items can’t be returned.
